Consulting Levels II, III & IV are tailored programs to meet each company’s need. After our free upfront consultation, we will provide you with a synopsis with consulting options to choose from.
Level II – Culture Manager & Employee Development
With this consulting package we work directly with one of you employees to develop them into a Culture Manager. This person will become an expert in understanding the detailed attributes of a business culture. This will include The Four Key Elements of Culture and how to implement them into your business culture.
We will create a detailed plan to help your company become socially conscious and to integrate social change with your employees. This plan will be customized and created to fit your specific needs. We will outline the game plan to integrate your company, and your employees, with social causes around the world.
Along with this, we will develop a tailored program for your employees to help them grow in their life development to live a life they dream of. This includes living with more gratitude, giving service to others, and defining their goals and dreams to achieve a life they love.
Some of the tools we use in this package are:
Company Being Side Plan. All companies should have a detailed Business Plan. Inside this plan there are two sides, the Doing Side and the Being Side. (You can learn more by reading our Being Side Article.) It is typical for the Doing Side to get a lot of time and attention, but the Being Side is often overlooked. You will find, however, that the Being Side is just as important, if not more important. To help companies dive deeper into their Being Side, their Core Purpose, and their Values, we will help you build a being plan. We will assist you in shaping a plan to create a work environment where your employees are inspired by your example, where they feel they belong to something special, and that their job has a purpose.
Employee Vision Plan. To help your employees achieve their goals, we will help your newly created Culture Manager guide your employees to build their own Vision Plan. This will help them define their goals and achieve their dreams.
Along with this, we offer a tailored 10-Week Personal Development Program. At Culture for Change we have developed a 10-week plan to transform your work environment and the mindset of your employees. There are many people living in a state of fear, doubt, and worry. This is having an impact on your business performance. Despite your employee’s personal hardships, our program will help them live in gratitude, service, and abundance.
CFC Leadership Development. We offer training seminars for you leaders and managers to help create a for change culture inside your organization. This is a powerful training that will impact any business culture. This training can be on-site, or at an off-site location.
This leadership development series will talk about the following: Being An Example - Creating a work culture of gratitude - Leading in a Culture for Change environment.
Change Teams. Change Teams are an exciting and fun way to integrate community service and social change into your company. Creating a Change Team in your organization bonds your team members as they work together in your communities and around the world. You will be surprised how doing this one program will help bring people together more than anything you have tried in your organization.

Level III – Client Integration & Employee Training
In our Level III consulting we include everything that is mentioned above in Level II, and then some. With this level of consulting we focus on your employee-to-client relationships, with the emphasis on inspiring your clients with your community outreach. We will help your clients feel a part of the community and a part of global awareness. With this you are being an example to your clients and they respect you for the changes you are making in the world. Our goal is to connect your clients, and/or your product, to social change.
This is not only an opportunity to serve your clients in the industry you are in; this is also an opportunity to make a profound difference in their lives. Through Level III consulting you will make life-long clients and clients who won’t stop talking about your company and what you do.
This consulting package can also include enrolling your vendors and making them a part of you humanitarian efforts.
Client Awareness and Integration. Your company can be a catalyst for change as you raise awareness and integrate your clients into your Culture for Change program. The purpose is not to say, “Hey, look at us, look at what we are doing.” Rather, the purpose is to inspire your clientele and to work with them in making a difference in world. People want transparency and are looking more intently at the companies they work with. Level IV – The CEO For Change Experience
One of our most exciting programs we offer! With the For Change Experience we will take your CEO, President, Board Member, (or any other position/s) in the company and give them a profound life changing experience. This experience will include a humanitarian trip where we will travel to have a real-life, hands-on experience. This isn’t about seeing what is happening out in the world, this is about experiencing it.
These experiences are proven to be life changing and very inspiring to the rest of the company.
