Culture Assessment Tool

employee-culture-surveyOur assessment tool is a questionnaire that is answered by your employees to help you understand where your company’s culture stands today.  This survey is designed to give your leaders the necessary information to assist them in creating a more productive and inspiring workplace.  The questions go into the Four Key Elements of Culture and ask for the employee’s opinion about job satisfaction, job purpose, teamwork, leadership, and their desire to give back to the environment and charities.

This is a great starting place to see what faults you have in your culture and the steps you can take to improve it.  A sample is available for download by clicking on the picture above to the right.

New Hire Interview Process

Have you noticed people who work in Tattoo Parlors immensely love tattoos?  They are usually a great example of loving the work they offer.  Tattoo Parlors have a culture and it is easily seen in the majority of their people.

By creating this barrier of entry you are also creating a sense of belonging.  It is important to have a hiring process that is more intensive than submitting a resume and doing an interview.  If your employees go through a more detailed hiring process this will let them know they are joining a unique company.

Building Change Teams, and having management participation, is another way for leaders to be an example.  Having an active Change Team in your organization will bring people together in ways you never thought possible.

Building A Company’s Declaration (Coming soon)

It’s important to set your intention in whatever endeavors your business will take.  You will want to define your intentions on being socially and environmentally conscious.  Defining this intention is a powerful way to inspire the company.  Doing so is also a great way to communicate your intentions and to put into motion your for change culture.

Write a document or create  a short video that will declare your intentions in these three areas:  being environmentally conscious, being socially conscious, and the type of work culture you aspire to create.  This will leave your employees inspired by your new found direction and excited for what is to come.
